Bilberry Graham Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 liter water
  • 2 deciliters organic graham flour
  • ½ liter billberries and some on top
  • ½ deciliter of organic coconut sugar 
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot
  2. Sieve graham flour into the boiling water and let simmer in low heat for about ten minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. Add the blueberries and let cook for 5  minutes
  4. Add salt and sugar. Taste and adjust the sweet and salt balance to your liking.

Notes

  • Serve warm or cold with a glass of oat milk.
  • Try adding in some ground cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla or orange zest for variety.
  • Add nuts and dried fruit for additional crunch and energy.
  • Dress your blueberry graham porridge with edible flowers like lilacs or rose petals to make an impression!
